Waste gas treatment EPC

The management mode of air treatment projects (flue gas desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal projects) is Design-Procurement-Construction (Engineering-Procurement-Construction, referred to as EPC mode), which means that the entire project will be delivered to the owner for operation in accordance with the contract. Mode, does not participate in the later operation and management, so the air treatment project is mainly divided into the following three stages:

1. Bidding stage: The owner issues bids for desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal projects. After analyzing and screening the project bidding information, the company prepares project bids according to the bidding plan and the individual needs of the project, participates in the project bidding, and signs the contract after winning the bid. It is generally agreed that all the content of environmental protection enterprise engineering construction, including project design, equipment procurement, transportation, civil construction, installation and commissioning, and trial operation.

2. Construction stage: The owner pays a certain percentage of the advance payment as agreed in the contract, and the company organizes the construction team to enter the site according to the design plan to organize the construction. The owner shall pay according to the schedule agreed in the contract, and pay after the installation of the key equipment confirmed by both parties is completed and the operation test is normal. The payment ratio is agreed in the contract.

3. Completion stage: Through the training of the owner's operating staff, 168 commissioning is carried out jointly, the commissioning is qualified, and the project is completed.
